I have been diagnosed with IA anaphylaxis. I am allergic to aspirin had huge anaphylitic shock last year. My doctor wants to to rule out a lot of foods that have sacylicates in them. Or foods with any preservatives. My husband and I went to a whole food store today and were overwhelmed as to where to even start. First off the food was really expensive, and we don't know how to eat this way. Where should we start? What do you eat? Can you share your menus?
