1. Yes! it's called overdose. and it wouldn't take long to shut down your system.
2. According to numerous online sources, the average lethal dose is 20-30 grams of aspirin, which is about 60-90 325mg pills. It also depends on the lean body weight of the person, however, with lower weight people requiring smaller doses to die.
3. So, folks, keep the aspirin bottle and the iron tablets the h --- away from your kids !! Usually I object to giving out lethal doses of anything on YA- you may not be planning anything, but some reader may. If you wre thinking of doing yourself in, there are nicer ways to go than aspirin poisoning. Perhaps if you called the Suicide Hotline-----?
