What was the real cause of Michael Jackson's heart attack death?

I know that he died of heart attack but there have been alot of different answers from different sources on the cause of the heart attack. Some people say it was because of his excessive work to get fit and ready for his big 50 concerts tour. Some people say it was from drugs. What was the real cause?
