i took over 20 aspirins and ibuprofen?

i was feeling really suicidal but im over it now but right now i have a loud ringing in my ears my stomach feels like its BURNING i see dots before my eyes and my head hurts what do i do!?! could i possibly die?

Head hurts? You shouldnt have another head ache in your life after what you did. Maybe you will die. You should ask a doctor, not people here.
go to the doctor now, ibuprofen does major damage. Also talk to someone on why you did this in the first place.

Both aspirin and ibuprofen, unless buffered or coated, can cause internal bleeding as they will attack the lining of the stomach if ingested in quantity. Ibuprofen can also cause kidney damage, as my doctor told me. I would strongly suggest going to the ER if it's reasonably close, or calling an ambulance if it isn't. Very dangerous amounts of those two drugs.
You need to go to the ER. I'm not going to say your going to die within the next 20 minutes, but your going to have liquid charcoal for dinner. Or they will pump your stomach. I'd choose the charcoal. I don't know the long term effects. I did the same stupid thing once when I was 18. That was the routine I had to go through. That was 17 years ago so I don't know if those methods are still used. Anyway, go to the ER.
i don't know if you will die but what is causing the ringing in the ears is from the aspirin defineiley. and your stomach is burning because of bothe the aspirin and ibuprofen. they both effect your stomach and can cause bleeding alot. if i were you i would go the the er right away and tell them what you took so first they can check your stomach for bleeding cause that can be really bad and if it is and not controlled you will have a good chance of dying. definitely go to the er you just put the worst things in your stomach and you may be bleeding. and the ringing from the aspirin is totally bad go to the er. and the ibuprofen is a blood thiner so you will bleed more and you need to have your blood to clot
That ringing could be permanent. Aspirin overdose causes hearing loss... which is exactly what you did. And it also causes ulcers. You need to go to the hospital and have the drugs neutralized before you bleed out from all the blood thinners you took. I'd also suggest having your hearing tested after you recover to see how much damage you did. And please consider getting some psychiatric help. You don't just "get over" being suicidal. You're sick... and you need help. Please go to the hospital immediately. Because YES, you could die if you start bleeding internally, and if you're having symptoms already you need medical help asap.
Get yourself to a hospital! 20 of each?! or a mix of both totalling 20??? that's wayyy too much you CAN die. They'll have to pump your stomach. IF you dont have a ride to the hospital or feel like youre going to collapse call 911! Geeze you need to smarten up.

Oh, boy. You're gonna wish you hadn't...well, I think you already do. Those are the worst pills to try and OD on! You probably won't die, but I'm sorry to say, the way you will feel you're probably gonna wish you did. Depending when you took them, you might want to try and throw them up if it wasn't too long ago. But definitely, immediately call 911! You most likely have a stomach bleed, and your liver is also going to get really mad at you :/ You definitely, definitely need to go to the ER. I'm really sorry that you were brought to that point and also that you're going to have to experience this. I'm sure whatever things happened to you, it was horrible, but please know that your situation will get better & there will be ways to deal with it. I'm sure you'll wind up okay, but please get all different kinds of help ASAP because I'm guessing you feel all different kinds of shitty. We all need help sometimes, there's nothing wrong with it.
