over dosing on aspirin?

i took a bunch of aspirin last night around 8-9 pm. i know it was stupid ill never do it again but my ears are ringing like crazy and i cant hear or concentrate very good. i keep throwing up too. please dont critisize me and tell me how stupid i am, cause believe me i figured that out. i just want to know how long these symptoms are going to last and if theyll ever go away. im 5'9" i weigh 125 and i probably took 40-50 adult Bayer aspirins. i think its too late to get my stomach pumped cause i took the pills about 12 hours ago.

Uggghhh, you need to drink alot of water and start eating eating eating,
throwing up is the least of your problems. with aspirin you could very well have damaged your liver and have bleeding in your stomach. i would suggest seeing a doctor just in case you've done internal damage
you need to go to the doctors...and take some aspirin for your throwing up. it'll stop then
Aspirin makes your ears ring when you take to much of it. Don't cut yourself. You will find that you will bleed profusely. It may take a few days before the ringing stops. I hope you find a way to feel better.

yeah overdosing is not a quick way to die. You die slowly from liver poisoning (are the whites of your eyes yellowed?). You need to go tell a Dr, cause thos epills could be eating away at your liver, and don't drink any alcohol or anything. Water! Water!
Oh my god. Why would you take 40-50 aspirin? You need to see a doctor, you probably damaged your liver and a lot of your other internal organs. Stupid kids.

your are going to have to go to the hospital, tell them what you did, it's gonna be tough, they are gonna ask you a billion questions, but be honest, then they will do some test, then they will come in with this stuff for you to drink, it is some kind of charcoal, it absorbs toxins like that, then they will monitor you some more, then have you talk to a bunch of people, then let you go home, hope this helps, don't do that again, nothing is worth that, believe me.
