Bayer baby aspirin daily?

I heard that it's good for you to take a baby aspirin every day to help regulate your blood flow? I'm a 19 year old male, would it be safe for me to take one every day?

1. For most people it's safe. However, you're a little young. The studies that showed the benefit of aspirin was in older patients. Ask your doctor.
2. Usually this is prescribed if you are in danger of forming blood clots. Taking the aspirin if you don't have any problems with blood clotting (no strokes, TIAs, heart problems, etc.) taking the aspirin may actually hurt you and cause internal bleeding, bruising and ulcers. Talk the decision over with your doctor so you can be monitored properly.
