Took Bayer Aspirin before I was pregnant?

I took six Bayer Aspirin pills before I realized that I was pregnant. Would this have harmed anything? Should I take Tylenol from here on out for pain?

1. It could have possibly done something but there is no way of knowing till you are further along. A lot of people take things or drink things in the early months of pregnancy since they don't realize that they are pregnant and have no problems. You should def take tylenol from here on out though!
2. Yes, tylenol only for pain. Aspirin is a blood thinner. It probably didn't harm your baby, but from here on out stick with tylenol.
3. Only take Tylenol from now on.
