How long do withdrawal symptoms usually last?

I used to be taking 200-400 mg of caffeine a day from those caffeine tablets. Today, I woke up with a headache and I didn't take them today. I had some ice cream and that helped my headache. Do you think my headache will come back tomorrow? How long doyou think caffeine withdrawl effects will last? Sources? i'M 16, 5'5" and135 LBS.

2. Caffeine withdrawal will only last for a few days. It is a good thing that you have decided to get off of caffeine. Congratulations.
3. you're probably gonna find that you don't sleep so well at night, either. caffeine addiction is short lived in the body; two or three days, and it's all gone. Source: self. been there. done that.
