Is lack of energy a symptom of caffeine withdrawal?
I just stopped drinking caffeinated sodas and I feel like I don't have a lot of energy. I was just wondering if that might be causing my lack of energy. How long does it last?

- Defenitely, im feeling the effect of not having my iced latte for the day! You also can get headaches and be irratable.
- Yes indeed! I get bad headches comming off of it as well. It takes a while for this to go away, caffiene is a stimulant and a drug so its sort of like detoxing. It may take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on how much your body is used to getting on a daily basis for this feeling to go away.
- Hi, I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work! A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://better-life-thinner.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
