Is lack of energy a symptom of caffeine withdrawal?

I just stopped drinking caffeinated sodas and I feel like I don't have a lot of energy. I was just wondering if that might be causing my lack of energy. How long does it last?

  1. Defenitely, im feeling the effect of not having my iced latte for the day! You also can get headaches and be irratable.
  2. Yes indeed! I get bad headches comming off of it as well. It takes a while for this to go away, caffiene is a stimulant and a drug so its sort of like detoxing. It may take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on how much your body is used to getting on a daily basis for this feeling to go away.
  3. Hi, I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work! A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://better-life-thinner.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
