What will happen to my friend after swallowing 15 aspirins?

The aspirin was a kroger brand and i believe it was expired but they swallowed 15 anyways...

Probably something bad. I'd take him to the hospital and get his stomach pumped quick, unless he was trying to kill himself, in which case he's very likely to succeed. It certainly doesn't help that they were expired.
Thankfully will probably just be very sick, however aspirin will eat up at her liver. Get her to a doctor or an emergency room as soon as possible, even if everything looks alright. They should also be able to get someone to speak to her and try and avoid it happening again
If your friend is sitting next to you call 911 don't wait. But hopefully your friend went to the hospital to get stomach "pumped" your friend will be spending time in the hospital first to be treated for the aspirin overdose then sent for counseling to help with why your friend would do such a thing. Get to a doctor. Could just get real sleepy, but different people react differently to that much at once, but it could ruin the stomach lining, the liver, or intestines, could cause heart palpitations, a lot of things, so get going!
1. tell the person there a friggin tard. 2. try and get them to the hospital 3. make sure if they wann kill themselves take a stronger drug and make them trip out before they die and get it video and laugh yer ass off at the stupid friend u once had. 4. turn it in to AFV and make big bucks. 5. worked for me 6. walk away with a shrug and a slight grin on yer goofy face
Its extremely dangerous. Aspirin can cause internal bleeding, organ failure, and a painful death. CALL 911.
