how do you stop caffeine intake without getting withdrawal symptoms?

- Slowly reduce your intake.
- ween yourself off slowly. every week, lessen the amount you intake. dont try cold turkey, it will be hell
- find other alternative food that can get you addictive but good for the health
- you will get withdrawl no matter what. so, take it easy, and get a pain killer.
- It's possible to stop caffeine cold turkey. Just take Tylenol until the headaches go away.
- we switched to half caff coffee, but still can't get to decaf lol...are you talking coffee or soda or what? there's a lotta caffeine free stuff out there, if it's soda, mix em 1/2 & 1/2 for a while?
- Eat fruit. taper down slowly.
- You start off with your amount of usual caffiene and then everyday start having less and less ... alomst like when people are trying to quit smoking they have there usual amount and then go less and less everyday and eventually quit.
